$300 cleaning fee
A deposit of $1500 to be refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages or an excess electricity above $300 during your stay.

Maximum 6 persons are allowed.
This is a residential neighborhood and our home, if you want to party all night with loud music - this is not where you should stay and I am happy to refer you to local party houses.
We allow for $300 in gas and electricity for a 7 night stay, anything over that will be taken from the deposit. Electricity is very expensive and it is recommended that you please turn off the units when not in the rooms.
No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed.
